Shipping and Returns
If items are in stock, we always try to ship products as quickly as possible! Please allow 3-5 days production time for all custom made products including name tags. Larger quantity orders as well as plaque orders may require additional production time. If you need products for a certain deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that date. Be aware that the shipping speed you choose at check out does not reflect on production time, shipping time is in addition to the standard production time.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico ships USPS Priority, unless otherwise requested.
Canadian Customers: We will ship product to Canada on your UPS account only. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges, border fees and duties. Any border fees or duties charged to Tag UR It! Inc. after shipping product to customer, will be billed to customer's account
If for any reason your order arrives with an error or missing item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible. For stock items, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order for a full credit, excluding custom printed items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please include a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip.
